I have an emergency and just received confirmation from my executive director, that I can reschedule today. However, they paid for the test and I want to avoid the $85.00 fee. Can you assist me.

Please, I really need to reschedule this exam to 7/22/19 at 10:00 am, same location.

I realize that it's Monday and I am currently scheduled to take it on Thursday, but I cannot afford and I unfortunately do not have $85 to reschedule.

it has been a while since i've accessed the training and now it says i've no started any modules as of yet. how do i pick-up from where i left off?

In order to receive the certification does someone need to be employed by a HUD-certified Housing Counseling agency or intend to be a professional Housing Counselor? or can individuals take the certification exam without intentions to formally use the certification?
