Since my desktop computer/monitor does not have a camera nor microphone, I purchased a new laptop to take my HECM exam (September 2018) and the HUD Housing Counselor Exam.
I completed the HECM exam in September and registered for the Counselor exam: Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 10:30 am CST.
The Confirmation email states that a detached web camera is required to take the online proctored exam.

I contacted Kryterion about getting a Webassessor account, and Joshua at Kryterion Support said I already had an account. Are Webassessor accounts given to individuals or to the agency at large? If I have my own account, I don't have a record of it, and I need access to my login and password information. If it belongs to my agency, do I need to have my current supervisor contact you? My former supervisor has since left the agency. Thank you for your assistance.

I took the exam today and had a question I am certain did not provide the correct answer. the question was what ACT allows one to dispute their credit report. I remember this question bc when studying a flag went up when I saw there were two disputes discussed across the three acts. one for credit reporting and the other for disputing a credit card inaccuracy. There was no choice for credit reporting act..... only credit billing act. can someone check this for me please?

How often are the HUD Housing Counselor certification exams offered at the proctoring site we use? Our agency uses Youngstown State University for proctoring.

I am trying to transfer my exam pass information to FHA connection, but it is not taking it since it gives me the same pages without any other notice.

I passed y test and I am trying to transfer the results to FHA connection, however, the page is listing errors before I can enter data, then after I enter my data and try to submit it, it gives me more errors. Please reply and let me know if you received this message jane@northernhomes.org
