My user account is no longer displaying my exam results and exam ID number. Please assist in restoring that issue.

On some of the questions where you have to drag and drop the correct word(s), the word options appear at first but then quickly disappear. Once that happens, I am unable to continue the lesson.

To access the practice exam, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Once you are signed in, click on the “Training Center” button on the home page, then click on “Take Practice Exam.” If you are already signed in, you can access the Take Practice Exam launch page directly.

Is access to this website free or is there a fee for using it?

First I took my certification test in January of 2019. I score 496. I believe I pass the test. Can you please look over my test again. I wants to appeal that score.

I would like to reschedule my exam.

The knowledge check slide 14 on Fair Housing part two module gets stuck. I've tried re-starting the module but it continues to get stuck. Please fix and let me know when I can complete.

Also, it says that I take it several times without a score. Can you please reset the history of attempts since it is not working correctly?

The practice exam is free and accesible in both English and Spanish. You may take the practice exam as many times as you would like.

You do not need to be a housing counselor to take the practice exam; it is available to anyone who creates a HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov account.
