when i sign in, it says I haven't completed the exam.

I have been trying to register for my certification exam for the past 2 days and keep getting a message it is unavailable so I'm not able to register. We have two other counselors trying to register for the exam at a testing location onsite also.

System says she hasn't taken the exam.

I am trying to register for the Couselor's Certification Exam. Unfortunately, I am not having any success in doing so and need some assistance.

I am interested in completing training and taking the exam to become a certified housing counselor. I would like to know how much it cost to take the exam, and how long it will take to be cleared for work after passing the exam. Thank you!

I see that updates to the Training Modules were released on 8/28/19. When I check the training modules they still are dated 2/18. Have the modules on the Training Center site been updated with the updates listed on the Release Notes? Thank you.

Good morning. I'm unable to transfer results to FHA Connection. I'm getting an error regarding my address being over 17 characters. I do not know how to fix.

Caller was trying to locate testing locations and hours. Using Explorer. Recommended Chrome but couldn't guarantee registration would function.
