I am trying to schedule for my certification exam and I am having an issue doing so. Can you please tell me how do I go about doing so.

I set up two-factor authentication, but lost access to the Microsoft Authenticator app. I've regained access, but will need the QR Code from HUD to get the verification codes used to login again.

I cant find where it says change my test date or cancel exam. It starts at 10am. I have tried this all day on Friday without luck.
