I have tried calling an emailing regarding scheduling my in-person exam. I have tried since Sunday and I'm still unable to access the portal to reschedule. The test is tomorrow. the links that were sent to my email do not work. Is someone able to give me a call to reschedule? (704)665-9815

Unable to reschedule exam

Hi my name is Dolores Funk I work at CFS in Montgomery County, Taylor Springs Illinois. My issue is as I was able to access the G Authorizer GAUTH authenticator for the HUD site before, now it just gives me a countdown clock. I need to resolve this issue because I'm going to have to soon schedule my head exam and not being able to access my account. I can't do so.
