Sorry, but I feel extremely frustrated writing these lines. I have been trying for two weeks, using every possible method, to register for the HUD Certified Counselor exam, and I just can't find a way. It requires an authentication factor that is completely impossible to install. I cannot access my profile, and when I do manage to log in and enter all the required information to register for the exam—something I have done countless times—I receive anywhere from one to five different error messages, or it tells me that the page is unavailable and then locks me out of my account.

Hello, I am not able to log into my account. It's saying to contact support in order to access my account. Please advise.

I had my HUD Certification online exam scheduled for today Feb/18/25 at 1 PM and the HUD system denied me access saying that my password for the Log in did not work. I tried to reset it. I received an email from HUD with a code but once I used the code it did not give me the option to enter a new password. I contacted the Kriterion team via chat.

Hi this is Melissa. I'm calling because I have to pay my son online at 1:00 PM is already 1:26 PM and I didn't get access because my password doesn't work. I received the e-mail to reset my password but immediately when I enter the code, the system doesn't work and says that I have to contact support department.

I am not able to login by reseting my password. I need assistance. Also, I had inquired about a refund for my exam because I was not Abel to get help from anyone. I accidentally registered for a practice exam. I meant to take the actual exam. Please call me back asa 323-833-4666.
