Hello, for some reason I’m having issues getting into my account. I have ,unfortunately, had to reset my password a few times in the last day or so because of errorson my end. But I try to re-access my account with a new set up for my password and everything to contact support at this point so if somebody could please reach out to me. I’m trying to study with any tools provided for the housing counselor exam I’d really appreciate it.

I cannot log-in to my account. After scanning the code, I logged in and did a dual authentication step. It logged me in and sent me an email thanking me for setting up. I studied for HUD exam tomorrow then logged out to try on my phone. Now, it asked for authentication code but I do not know how to generate one and there is no QR code to scan!

My coworker has been unlocked out of her account since passing her HUD Certification exam. Please inform me of where she should go, or who she should contact to reset her password and gain access to her account. She needs to transfer her results to FHA Connection, and has not been able to. Thank you for any assistance that you can provide.

Good morning, I'm a leader in the training department of our non profit housing agency and I'm supporting the new counselors through the certification process. One of my counselors, Tina Hill (tpontius@greenpath.com) has been blocked since she needs to take the certification today from her personal laptop and needed to reset her TFA. She has tried multiple times and as you can imagine is very stressed about not having access to the exam prior to it. Please, we need your help soon to give her the access to it.
