Please help me with this, as I am unable to transfer my results nor can I print my certificate. I also haven't yet received my Counselor's Exam ID number. Does this take a few days to receive? Good morning... I have not heard back about my exam. I had it suspended last Wednesday by Kryterion. ALso cannot get into hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov now. I followed the steps last week for TFA and let me in. It didn't ask me to save a pw and I didn't write anything down and now cannot get in. I thought it would ask each time I signed in and would send a code. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!
