I have an employee, Justin Latini, who is currently working for our housing counseling team at Idaho Housing and Finance Association who took and passed his exam clear back on July 10. He has been unable to move forward on his certification application due to not being able to transfer his results nor obtain his Exam ID. This is delaying not only him being able to become a HUD Certified Housing Counselor, but for him to be able to do the job he was hired for. He has placed several phone calls, along with several support tickets, and still has not had the issue rectified.
