I am trying to transfer my results to HUD FHA Connection and it states that my access is denied? What does that mean?

How can I reschedule my HUD counselor exam?

Hi My name is Trent Oliver I was just following up on a previously submitted ticket.. I am trying to sign up for the HECM exam and I need an FHA ID.. My application for FHA was denied twice and im not exactly sure what i need to change to fix it, and i still can't access the link to transfer my test results to FHA.. Thank you in advance

Hello, My name is Catherine Johnson, I took the HUD Exam on July 8th and passed. I am having the most trouble trying to access my Counselor Exam Id number. I was never sent an email and I can not find it anywhere on the site. I have spoken to so many people and nobody can access my information or find me in the system. If you can please help me I would greatly appreciate it.

I am not able to transfer my results to FHA Connection. I have tried several times since passing the exam on July 8th. It is now sending me to: https://hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov/submit-fhac where it says Access Denied and asks me to Log in or Register. When I Log in, it takes me back to my account dashboard. When I hit Register, it takes me to edit my hudhousingcounselors profile.

I have an employee, Justin Latini, who is currently working for our housing counseling team at Idaho Housing and Finance Association who took and passed his exam clear back on July 10. He has been unable to move forward on his certification application due to not being able to transfer his results nor obtain his Exam ID. This is delaying not only him being able to become a HUD Certified Housing Counselor, but for him to be able to do the job he was hired for. He has placed several phone calls, along with several support tickets, and still has not had the issue rectified.
