I need to reschedule my hud exam

REFUND REQUESTS: I inadvertently scheduled an exam for July 16th at 0400H America/Chicago time. I did not realize this meant 4am (I thought I scheduled for 4PM), so I missed the exam. I am respectfully requesting a full refund for this exam. As I needed to take the exam on July 16th, I registered for a new exam, but inadvertently selected the "Spanish" exam (which I do not spreak/read Spanish!).

I passed my HUD Counselor exam on 7/12. I am now being told that I can not access the certificate because there is a problem with a SSN. I have checked both my FHA and HUD sites, they have the correct SSN. I am wondering if the error is somehow on your end. Is there any way to check on my certificate/profile information. I am not able to locate my Counselor's Exam ID for exam taken and passed on 7/12/2024 in my profile. I need this ID to complete my counselor registration process. Please advise. Thank You

I have taken and passed the HUD Counseling Exam. How do I transfer my test results to the FHA Connection? I have not been able to find where to transfer.

I, Patricia Brown with Navicore Solutions, was confirmed to take the HECM Exam today, at what I thought was 4 PM CST but when I logged in today to start make sure ready in regards to the proctoring aspect, I received a pop-up stating that my exam time had expired. It was erroneously scheduled for 04:00 (military time). I see 4:00pm Central time for today, July 16, 2024 is still available. Is it possible to re-schedule at this time today applying prior payment? Or is it going to be necessary to pay again?

Started in 2024. I have completed all learning modules from 1.1 through 5.3. Before the site was updated I could see the completed modules. How and where did the list of my completed modules go?

I was supposed to take my exam today I thought at 4pm, but inadvertently registered for 4am. Can my exam please be reset to 4pm CST (today, July 16th). Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you, Pat

I was recently suspended from a proctored exam, I did not break any rules at all and my equipment was suffcient. Claims my eyes were looking around. I literally only looked at the screen left side for the questions right side for calculator even suspended me while i was clicking into the calculator saying "keep my eyes on the screen" I believe it may be race related
