I'm unable to reschedule my exam. I've tried a few times to reschedule for Friday, June 30th @ 12:30. After I select new time and date it updates to my previous test date.

I'm trying to reschedule my exam date 6/29 for the second time. Its now requiring the following which wasn't required on the 1st reschedule I dont have the following information
Agency FHA HCS ID field is required.
FHA Connection ID field is required.
