I have been locked out of my esnaps account

I have taken the exam several times and I would like to know what questions did I miss. This will be helpful so I can now exactly what I need to study or work on. This is starting to put me in a depress state. I have taken the practice exam and knowledge time and did well, but when it comes to the exam I'm not getting it. Please provide your feed back. I just took the test on 5/17/23

I have completed the HECM exam and passed, i need to transfer my exam results to the FHA Connection page. This has not been done, because FHA Connection tells me that my exam results have not been transferred. Also, the Counselor Exam ID listed on the exam status page is the same from when i completed my HUD exam last march. I need the results transferred to FHA Connection so I can apply to be on the roster.

How can I get a copy of my certification? I am already a HUD approved housing counselor. HUD Counselor ID: GNH7S9

I am working as MLO. I wanted to be HUD Counselor and ready to take training. I don't have any sponsored employer for HUD Counselor. Please if you can guide me. Thanks Harjeet Bhatti

Hello,
I took the HUD Certification Exam yesterday and did not pass. I need to reschedule my exam for May 23rd at 2:45PM Pacific time. I chatted with someone from Kryterion last night but they said said I had to pay to take the test again. Just wanted to ask if that's correct because other 6 coworkers have failed the test in the past and were allowed to take the test for free 5 times.
