For the third I have tried to take the exam and have come across the issue of them not being able to verify my identity. My name is Kaitlyn Devall I have been informed 2 days ago that my name on my account was under Kaitlyn and should have no issues. I went to take the exam again today and came across the same situation. I talked to a supervisor through Kryterion and they have stated my name was changed to Katie. I did not give anyone permission to change my name on my account to Katie nor did anyone ever reach out to me to inform me it had been changed.
