I was not able to login to the exam this morning due to the credentials not being correct. The login credentials that we have used has been our email (lgagne@tvcca.org) but the exam states it is a list of numbers. I will need login credentials so that I can take the exam which has been reschedule for 12 pm today Jan 9, 2023. My name is Loretta Gagne. I am from Thames Valley Council for Community Action. My exam was scheduled for 9:00 am Jan 9, 2023 and has been rescheduled to 12:00pm.

Tester (Keisha Woods) called in and stated that she logged in at her time of testing and she waited approximately 15 minutes and no proctor showed. She minimized her screen, and she was disconnected and cannot reconnect. She would like to be rescheduled. 

We have emailed Kryterion for their review and feedback.

Hello. Although my system was fully functioning Kryterion said it was not receiving a full signal. I worked with their support and it was going to reset my test at 12:30 and is has not been reset although I received the email. Please advise as I have paid for this exam. Will I get a new test date and time? Thanks.
