Amanda Burcham called support to unlock exam - limit had been reached. Exam limit was unlocked and support stayed on the line with her until confirmation of successful exam schedule was complete. 

I was taking the practice exam and the system gave an error message as I was halfway completed. Is there a way to get back into the test to complete?

I had been granted extra time and breaks on the exam. Please see details of 12.19.22 includes these accommodations @180 minutes & the rescheduled exam for 12.29.22 DOES NOT. Please advise asap if a new test date needs to be selected as a result. Thank you.

Zuhey Rivera called to have her exam changed from online to a testing center. She was one of the candidates that was affected by the website connection error. She was away and did not respond with a time to be rescheduled, therefore she was rescheduled for the next available date and time. She wanted to change venue because she did not want to have the same connection issues she experienced. We assured her that the issue has since been resolved. She insisted that she wanted to take the exam at a testing location.

I would like to inquire about the modules I completed. There was an update made to the system late last year (2021). I had already completed at least 3-4 modules. I would like to know if there is a record on file. I would like to complete the remaining modules with assurance that they will not be deleted when another update occurs.
