How do I transfer my certification to a new organization?

It appears that all of my completed modules disappeared and is now stating that I have not completed any modules yet. I should be at the 3rd box.

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam and complete the form at the bottom of the page.

Greetings, Support: Thank You for responding on last week. You ask me to get back with you if the date that you had assigned me was ok. It was not because I was so busy on funding that I could not get back. Having to reschedule the test from October 18, 2021 that you gave me to the following Monday October 25, 2021 the same time 5:00 o'clock. Thank You!

The HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam is available in English and Spanish. Candidates with limited English proficiency and limited Spanish proficiency may request additional exam time.

The purpose of HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov is to help counselors prepare for the HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam and provide access to the exam. After passing the exam and transferring the results to FHA Connection, counselor certification activities shift from HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov to FHA Connection.

I Patricia Ross sent a email to Hudhousing Couselors.com to request on Friday afternoon because I needed to change the schedule date of my hud testing date of Sunday October 10, at 5:00 pm. To the next day on Monday October 11, 2021. I'm following up to make sure that you received this change.

I apologize that I'm needing to contact you again. But I'm still reviewing the modules and I just have not completed yet. I have said to myself that I wanted to make sure that I had a chance to review everything (I'm still studying). I'm needing to reschedule this test from Sunday October 10th at 5:00 p.m. To just the next day Monday October 11, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. If possible!! Thank You.
