My name is Umba. I registered to take the online Exam yesterday 10/02/2021. Unfortunately I could not access exam due to internet services interruption. My internet service were not working. I am asking if there is a way to give me credit or schedule my exam for a different day?

Contacting HUD Support Team, because I'm needing to re-schedule this test again. I have not finished all of my much needed review. This is to make sure that I have gone over and reviewed ALL the modules again. Hopefully, this time will be the last time that I will need to change my time schedule. I would like to reschedule this test for Sunday October 10, 2021 for the TIME: 5:00 p.m. As previously, I'm requesting as well the accommodation (restroom and water break). Thank You.

Your test date details are included in your Assessment Purchase Confirmation email. Your test date details are also located in the Countdown to Your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. You must be logged in to access your user profile. To change your test date, please log in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and visit the Exam Registration page.

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam. 

The purpose of HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov is to help counselors prepare for the HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam and provide access to the exam. After passing the exam and transferring the results to FHA Connection, counselor certification activities shift from HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov to FHA Connection.

Update results from knowledge assessment

Hi, I want to cancel my exam with a full refund. My scheduled exam date is 12/03/21 at 1:00 PM. Because I am no longer working in the organization that requests me to take the exam. I tried to fill out the Fee Waiver Request but I do not see the scheduled exam date up to December and I do not know what type of documentation I can upload.

Please advise me. Thank you very much.
