Ticket from Michelle Widgins-Lewis - Certification Exam

In the middle of my test this morning, I was kicked out because they said that my computer (Microsoft Office Pro) is not allowed. I had contacted Kryterion well in advance and they said that the Microsoft Office Pro is compliant. It also met all of the other requirements. Since they suspended the session, I would like to take you up on the offer to be scheduled on-site at Temple University (which seems to have reopened) using reasonable accomodations. Ticket from Dar Sengkhammee - Certification Exam

I couldn't submit my test as I believe my proctor person locked it on "in progress" status. I can't go back do anything with it. This was because when I launch my exam my labtop camera was the default one and I was not told that I was told go back and switch until the end of the exam. Switching however is not an easy task just as it is not easy to figure out how to launch the test(a viedo made for this purpose would had been nice).
