I was scheduled for a test this am, but the picture verification did not work. I chatted on their help line, who told me to go back and redo my picture under assessments. By the time I got back in to try to launch my test again, I couldn't get in as it was past my test time. I see they say they count you as a no show, if you are late. I was on time, prior to the complication. I did have IT set this up with me ahead of time, so I would be ready. How do I remedy this?

If you have passed the exam, your next step is to authorize the transfer of your passing test results to FHA Connection. To do this, sign in to your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select “Exam Center” from the top navigation. Then, select “Transfer Results to FHA Connection.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Transfer Results page.

Your test date details are included in your Assessment Purchase Confirmation email. Your test date details are also located in the Countdown to Your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. You must be logged in to access your user profile. To change your test date, please log in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and visit the Exam Registration page.
