Ticket from Michele Keyes - User Account

HUD needs to update my account email to my personal account so I may take the exam. I changed my email from my work address to my personal account to prevent further technical issues. I have attempted taking the exam twice and both times have experienced issues. This was why I changed the email on my HUD account to my personal email, as I will change it back after the exam tomorrow, if I am able to log on. Currently, the test email was sent to my work email which doesn't work.

I am scheduled to take the Heckem exam tomorrow, so I'm very anxious to be able to get in here and make sure that it's all working.
