I have attempted to sign in and schedule the test online several times and the error 3DSecure Failure message: "Not Authenticated/Account Not Verified; Transaction denied" keeps occuring. I have contacted my bank and they have suggested that I contact your support line as the funds are available and no issue has been identified on their end. Is it possible to perform the transaction over the phone or some other platform?

I cannot access my account without the two step verification and the link you sent about just clicking the + icon and adding my hud account doesn't work. It keeps asking for a code or QR code. Reply: Dear Alexandria, Please be advised any links sent will not be valid as you will need to simultaneously have the app open along with the window open to log into your HUD account. Please clear your cache, close any open exiting windows or browsers you may have open.

Hello, my name is Frances and i am looking for accommodations for when taking the HUD exam. I have dyslexia and ADHD and taking test can sometimes extremely difficult for me. I have been able to have accommodations in my college where the test is in audio form which helps me be able to respond as well as an extended test time. if it is possible to try to make these accommodation.

Hi, my name is Aaron Rappaport, the last name RA P0P 0RT, my phone number 312-208-2650 Calling from the Chicago area. I took the HUD counseling exam twice this week and both times I got exactly 496, four points less than the required 500. Is that a coincidence? That seems awful coincidental. Is it possible there's a technical error with the scoring mechanisms right now, especially with Federal funding cuts?
