Hi, I've been trying to register for the exam but I continue to get an email saying that there is an issue with the card. I've spoken to the issuer and tried this a few times but the card is fine.

Log in Credentials. Can't launch. After the short youtube video, I click launch and it LOGS me OUT Automatically. Severely Frustrating for over 1 hour of trying to download this stupid exam. Please issue me a refund ASAP!

I am unable to access my online exam. When I click the link to go to the exam I get a pop-up that says "You have encountered a system error." I contacted Kryterion support and they were unable to help me with this issue.

could not log in rescheduled test for 4pm told me it passed the time to reschedule.

I am unable to access my Hud Counseling exam. The connection to the website is coming through as Not secure and once I proceed it says that I have esxperienced an error and will not let me enroll
