Hello, my name is Cynthia Reyes, this is not the first time I have tried to take the exam. Today I had to take the exam at home in my dining room, my children and my mother were playing upstairs, My grandfather was also home but I try to no be distracted. The exam was paused to me twice due to a suspicious activity alert, I stood up and showed around me, yet they failed the exam and I was told I had to submit a ticket and wait for the sponsor to respond. I need help with this because when I'm nervous I move my eyes a lot and I also have ASTIGMATISM I need to take this exam.

Passed HECM exam 12/18. Today is Dec 27th and my FHA connection account has not been updated. My HECM certification expired Dec 22. Is there something else I needed to do to get my exam test results transferred to FHA connection?

I work for an agency where emails follow the position not the person. I have changed positions and email addresses and the employee with my old email address needs to register for an account with your site to begin the counselor training process. Is there a way to edit my username to my new email address so that it stays linked to my exam and id number?
