I completed the knowledge assessment, i thought i would receieve an email with my results. I did not recieve it.

I am having trouble with sign in. During the process of password reset a six digit code that i cannot find is generated and i cant reset without it. Furthermore, I had access but could not hear the trainings on my Ipad or desk top computer, but was able to read the captions only. Please advise. Thank you

I passed the HECM exam yesterday, 5/6/25, but the email that I received from HUD Housing Counseling stated that I passed the HUD Housing Counseling Exam and that I should transfer that information to the FHA site.
