Caller had an account, and it got locked. Caller is asking if she needs to set up the authenticator. Caller is trying to set up to take the housing counselor exam and needs her password reset

Rescheduled exam but can't find it now

I am registered for the exam on 5/14/2025 Conformation # 10641942025. I was just approved for extra time accommodations to complete the exam and was informed to let Support know. Please advise what I need to do. Thank you

I previously passed the test in 2018 and used an employers email address to setup my account. I need to access my results again and I am unable to access my account. My Housing COunselor ID is 724MCE I need to access my account with my new email address jean.louis@naca.com

I am having a problem with my password access. Have changed it twice already. Now I am asked to contact support to reset it again. Not sure why I am having this problem.
