Whenever I am trying to login it's states verification is needed but a code is never sent (tried for two days) I have check spam box as well

I need to reset my Password. I was locked out of my hud counselor account because i was unable to complete the two step authentication.

Hello, my account was reset, and I have downloaded the Microsoft authenticator however when I go to login to my hud account it is not proving me with a QR code to scan to add it to the authenticator. https://hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov/node/44291

The two part authenticator is locking me out of my account. I need to reset it and rescan the QR code.

Hello, I don't know if its the user account or there's a problem with the system but every time I've tried to register for this exam my account gets messed up or I simply can not get through the webassessor page. Now I'm having authorization problems again and I haven't done anything different. Every time I go to the comments page I can't even post comments I have to make a whole new ticket this process is becoming extremely frustrating
