For some reason I am denied access to my log in account for HUD Housing Counselors Exam. Each time I exit , I am instrucetd to change pass words. I do not want to change my pas word a 3rd time. Can you please send me my last password? apparently, I entered a different password for Exchange. Now I can not log in there either, Please help? I would like to speak with a live person.

Hi, my name is Patty Ellams. I'm supposed to be taking my test at 10:00. I've been wasting my time for the last 20 minutes trying to log in.
