Dear Counselor,

I have just passed the HUD Housing Counselor Exam. The Non-profit I work for is not a Certified Housing Counseling Agency. How do I complete registration as a Certified Housing Counselor in FHA?

I have called Amfasoft to reschedule and I have emailed them today with no response. Can someone please get in touch with me immediately so I can reschedule. I have given my 72 hour advance notice as of today and the test is scheduled for this Thursday, Dec 5th 2019

I would like to request to reschedule the test at no cost due to several issues I experienced while taking the test. Prior to submitting I noticed there were 10 questions that said they were unanswered. I contacted technical support and they said it was a common issue and they told me to submit.

The exam registration instructions and your confirmation email both state that your exam registration must match your government-issued ID. 

First, you must update your name in your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov User Profile by logging into your account and selecting "Edit" on the User Profile Dashboard.

Do you folks have some type of scholarship for those who have tried everything and currently on exam try #7 and who can't afford to keep paying for something HUD requires. Is there someone I can talk to about this> I took the test 3 times yesterday. I noticed alot of these questions are not being thought with the training materials provided, including the RCAC training series that I took twice. We have counselors out there that don't last because they can't afford to keep paying for exams. Counselors are much needed right now in all parts of the state.

Does this certification include reverse mortgages?

The HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam is available in English and Spanish. Candidates with limited English proficiency and limited Spanish proficiency may request additional exam time.

The modules audio is not working . I thought it was my computer but it is Not, please assist.
