Locked out and can't login for training

having issues passing the capture photo. exam started at 5pm.

Is it possible to have someone read the exam aloud to me? I can comprehend the material, but have severe test anxiety. I tend to leave out words or get so flustered that I cannot focus. I have failed the exam 3 times. In one of my trainings, when the instructor read the questions out loud and answers, I was able to get them all correct. I was curious if I could have accommodations and have someone read the exam questions to me. This would still be on the camera.

I missed my exam due to technical issues on Sunday August 22. Can I transfer the money for the exam to a new date?

If retaking the exam am do I have to pay another $100?
