Is the exam open book

Hello! I set a time for my exam for 11AM MST on 9/20 and I was hoping to take that exam earlier, say 8 or 9 AM that day to accommodate a healthcare appointment.
Is that something we can do?

I have not received confirmation of my test for 9/17/2021

I have been trying to launch the test for three days and have not been able to launch the test. Can someone help me please

The confirmation email you received when you registered for the Certification Exam included the amount you paid for the exam and serves as a purchase receipt.

You may also generate a receipt by logging into HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov, visiting the Exam Status Center via the Exam Pre-launch page and clicking "Receipts" in the blue header. The receipt will not stipulate payment type.

I had issues with the online test launching for my scheduled exam and worked with support to make sure my firewalls were disabled. After 2 hours the test still would not work. The test was rescheduled for today at 10 am and it doesn't show up to be launched
