Ticket from Eugenia L. Gumm - Certification Exam

Certification Requirement

Housing counseling required under or provided in connection with HUD programs must be provided only by certified housing counselors who work for organizations approved to participate in HUD’s Housing Counseling Program. In order to be certified, an individual must both pass a standardized written examination covering six major topic areas, and work for an agency approved to participate in HUD’s housing counseling program.

Ticket from Heather Nicklaus - Certification Exam

I was initially scheduled to take the exam on Sept 30. On Sept 27 I rescheduled the exam and paid the $85 fee for rescheduling. However, in my portal it shows I'm still scheduled to take the test on the original date and there is no record of payment. I am unable to create a receipt. The money has been deducted from my bank account. Will this update on it's own? Is there something else I need to do?
