Is there a fee for each retake of the HUD Exam

To cancel or reschedule your exam, sign in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select Change Your Test Date in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. 

Follow the steps to reschedule or cancel your scheduled exam (canceled exams will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to schedule a new exam.

just writing to let you know that the answer key of model 5.2 does not match the knowledge check questions.

Also, quick feedback: after taking the knowledge assessment, I was able to access the list of questions and review which answers I had gotten right or wrong. This was very helpful. After taking taking the practice test, I was not able to access that information. It would be helpful to have access to a breakdown of correct/incorrect answers. Being provided with a list of modules to review without specifically knowing which answers were wrong is not very helpful.

I went to the test site today 9/25 to take the test, but I couldn't take the test Today.They said HUD canceled the test and said it could not be taken. I've never canceled the test and I received an exam reminder email on 9/23 two days ago, can I know what happened? The case number received from Krytrrion support is 01672314.

We are a new non-profit organization that helps and teaches people about real estate. We have events, workshops, classes and talk to them about their credit, reverse mortagage, the real estate process, we teach them finances to make sure they keep their homes, we teach them to save. Therefore, I need to know does the test we need to take in order to be able to be a HUD counselor is for one person or can different people take the different subjects. I asked this because, in the board, we have a person that is knowledgeable on their specific topics

Mortgagee Letter 2011-16

I was not able to show up for my exam that was scheduled for September 22nd at 2pm Phoenix time. Am I still able to reschedule because it does not provide me an option to do so?

Zulieka Boykin completed the assessment and passed the Housing Counseling Certification on August 3, 2020. However, she has been unable to obtain her certificate after following the steps listed in the email she received.
