Hi, I was ill and could take the test, how I can reschedule?

I am a man, age 55. I have lived in America since the age of 20. I am from South America. I am a Latino. English is my second language. I have been through the HUD training and taken the HUD housing counselor exam twice and failed. Then, I was terminated and told to get my HUD certificate before reapplyin for my Housing Counselor job. Can you help me focus in on what I need to learn and study and how and where I can take the HUD Housing Counselor test and my Motgaga Loan Originator test so I can re-apply for my job?
