When I go to Transfer Results to FHA Connection, it is telling me I didnt take the exam. I received an email from you showing I did. Please let me know my next step to transfer results.

Have Chrome, cannot access modules. How do you download for reading text, no instructions given. Unable to figure out how to access these modules on my dell and mac lap tops. Please advise. Thanks.

I cannot log in to register for another exam. each time I log in I can only get to the first screen that asks for my information and then to click the submit for payment and scheduling and from there it goes straight to a screen that says I have been logged out and if I want to log back in click this button and when I click it, all it does is says my log in or password is incorrect and I know that it is correct so please help.

this close button does not work and you can't get past page 17 in 3.1.

I am trying to transfer results to FHAC and I continue to receive an error message ( Error returned from Website: (1) Addr_CITY may not be longer than 17 characters)

I'm not sure what to do about this, my address is not requested on the Transfer results to FHAC menu. Any guidance to resolve is greatly appreciated.

I just passed the HUD Certification test.  I was previously on FHA Connection as a HECM counselor so I still have a username and password.  How do I find the HUD Certified Housing Counselor Application on FHA Connection?  Where is it exactly?  Can you help me?
