Please let me know if other certified test proctoring centers besides Kryterion are allowed? I do not live near any of them showing on their mape

I have completed and passed the certification exam. I have been trying to complete the application and input the Counselor Exam ID as given, but the application is indicating that it is not correct.
Please advise.

Hi My name is Araceli Gonzalez and was scheduled to take the HUD exam February 1st at 10:00 am. I was involved in a car accident and unable to make it to my office and take the exam. I need to know if you can validate the fee I paid to take it again this coming Saturday please.

No issue, just a suggestion. I think the on-line interactive training should have audio. I had printed off the materials but then decided to use the interactive and was surprised to find out that instead of reading it on paper I was reading on the computer. I kept turning the volume up on my computer not knowing that there was no audio. Is it interactive because we click to get to the next slide? I seem to do better when I can listen to someone speak on the topics and then follow up with reading the material.

I took and passed my exam in March. I thought I input this information in the system, but it is not showing. How do I go about inputting that information.

I am taking my exam on Friday 1/31/2020 and I believe I read that I would need a PIN number to take the exam. I have not rec'd a pin number. I also cannot get signed in to print off my receipt of payment and have asked for my password.

I mistaken added the incorrect Agency HCS ID to my cert. application.

My names is Patricia Ross, MS. I was scheduled to take the HUD Housing Counseling test this Sat Jan. 25, 2020. I have contacted Lab Four about two hours ago and have spoke with Maria from Kryterison about 2.5 hours ago. After much continued study I'm finding myself needing to study more to complete everything. This is when I realize that I need to reschedule this date. I have fount myself within just a short hour or so of the 72 hour deadline. I am therefore writing to asking to see if I can get a waiver for the fee that this Kryterion system wants to charge me to take this test.
