How do I determine my Exam ID? Nothing is showing up on my profile page

Good day! I've got a problem. These young people in Detroit can be problematic at times. There seemed to be an altercation, a BIG one, that severely delayed my trip to the testing center. I took the bus because I only live about 4 miles from the testing center. However, their altercation not only delayed the bus but made the entire area where the bus I need to catch was, unsafe.

Thus being so, I missed my appointment time. Is there any way that I can reschedule the test that was paid for?

There are 2 answers that read Discussion about Identity Theft. I put the two corresponding scenarios in the slots, but it marked only those two wrong. When I reversed them, it was correct. It seems to me they both say Discussion about Identity Theft. Did I read it incorrectly?
