I am circling back to see if any research has been conducted to answer Mr. Bigos question about an exam experience where there has been no result provided to exam candidate in addition multiple glitches occurred with the computer during the exam. Please see the request below.

Ticket from Customer Support - User Account

Recieved a phone call from Eugenia Gumm who stated she could not get into her account and was locked out. I looked up her account and found out she had two of them, so we determined which one was her active account and deleted the old one. Her account was Active and not Blocked, so I gave her instructions to reset her password.

She then asked me about how she goes about becoming a certified agency with HUD since she works on her own, and will not be able to do that once the new regulations are in place. I referred her to HUD Exchange and gave her the website address.
