I cannot find the results of the practice exam that I just took. There does not appear to be an area to click on to see the results of the practice exam??

I tried to take my exam 12/20. I was unable to get into the exam because the computer said I needed to download Kryterion software. My IT department informed me it was already uploaded to the laptop I was using. Nevertheless, I could not get into the exam. I tried to reach Kryterion support but didn't get a response on their customer service line. I need to schedule my exam and need to know how I may do so without paying $50 to reschedule. Thank you.

There is no reason for the exam to be so tricky! I’ve taken 5 times and studied for months. In not knowing what is missed how do you get answers? I am making a complaint to adjust how this is done. This is not the way to learn!!!!

I am scheduled to take my exam today and am experiencing difficulties in house with the internet / computers . Can we have my exam rescheduled ? I am in hopes of this due to the challenges . Our IT people do not have a definitive time of response currently .

I have to change my profile and use my home address instead of employer. I am taking the test on Monday at a center in Riverside, CA on Monday 1/6/2020 at 9:30 a.m.

Hello my name is Marissa McBride I'm requesting for accommodations for the HUD certification test. I was looking up Kryterion places to take the test and I saw they have one in 50 Cragwood Road, Suite 350 South Plainfield New Jersey which I would want to take on April 25th, April 26th, or May 2nd. The accommodations I would need is time and half to take the test. I have a learning disability and Attention Deficit Disorder. I had a accommodations for test taking back in college to have extra time to take test.

Trying to set up new account. No confirmation email has been sent. Checks mailbox and junk folder. Set up was on 1-2-20.
