It says I need to contact support to get access to my account. For whatever reason, it will not let me login and now I am going to miss my test

Follow-Up on HUD Housing Counselors Training Access – Request for Resolution Dear HUD Housing Counselors Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing regarding the training I paid for in 2023 through the HUD Housing Counselors portal. Unfortunately, I was never able to access the course or take the certification test due to not receiving the appropriate login credentials or access email. Despite reaching out at the time to report the issue, I was told I would need to pay for another class.

Can't login and been having issues with the 2 step authenticator not providing the number to login.
