Hello, My name is Diana Diaz.. I requested an accommodation and got approved for it however when I was taking the exam I was supposed to be able to read the questions out loud as per my accommodation but during the exam I was not allowed to do so. I contacted the support service and I was told the following “Thank you for your patience, it looks like the wrong candidate was added to the accommodation list for your exam, we will need HUD Housing to update it so you can finish your exam. I suggest to reach out to them and let them know that the wrong name was added.

Hello, I went to take my HUD cert exam today 3/22/2025 at 9:15am location 8563 Crow dr Macedonia Ohio 44056, the young lady could not get the exam to launch and called someone who canceled my test under code 6nxfxgt2 and somehow was to know my credentials and scheduled another exam under code 4dz8c42m at the same time and now I can not access my account.
