I am experiencing difficulty in registering for the HUDhousing Counselors practice exams. I wassent an email in response to the first ticket I submitted. I also got to the two step Authenticator. Now I have been messaged to contact support again to reset my password. Please help.

Hello my name is Carilyn Rodriguez Counselor Id; RDFTEM I been trying to reset my password because I don't remember my previous one . I been trying since 2/27/25 . I register using this my personal caryrodriguez11@gmail.com email I believe 4 years ago but I had my work email as a username to login crodriguez@gpasspa.org I made an inquiry about chance my email and I have the response Back then because my last day of employment with that email was Thursday, February 27, 2025.

Hi, my name is so Carrie Petrie, last name PITRE, phone number 631-208-9003. I'm at counselor trying to get the HUD exam. Since this morning, I've had like maybe 3 or 4-5, maybe 6789 tickets from the Technical Support. We've been having technical issues and then now we started having Wi-Fi issues. I do not want to lose the opportunity of taking this test.

Technical Issues on the laptop took a couple of hours and the issue was not resolved. Requesting to be set up on another computer tomorrow, please. The wifi was also acting up and the webcam was freezing up, please see all the support tickets issued on this matter. 631-208-9003 thank you for your understanding. just want to get an opportunity to take the test
