I can’t log in to my account.

The HUD exam calculator doesn't work on my PC. I need it fixed to practice and for my exam in November.

Password does not work and when I try to reset it it says access denied.

Trying to change password to access my account and cancel test on 10/9/24 and reschedule for later date and do it within deadline

I have attempted to set up TWO-STEP AUTHENTICATION as required on my DESKTOP without avail. The instructions for downloading app on my device are not clear enough to complete, even after over 30min of trying to figure out. More direct or detailed assistance is requested at this time so that I can proceed without further hinderance. thank you.
