Seeing that I am unable to login for my 2:00pm exam today, (10/04/2024) I am requesting a reschedule date for next week. I am requesting a reschedule date of October 9, 2024, at 2:00pm.

Hello, I had to update my password. I do believe that I am good with that. However, I do need to gain access again to set up authentication when I get back in. I was trying to set it up after I reset my password. I do not see that prompt or any info.

I am unable to log into my account. When I try to login my screen says to contact support to reset access. The website is also not allowing me to rest my password.
