I already paid to take the counseling exam. The testing date was scheduled for 10/04/2024, however, I was unable to take the exam because I could not login. I requested a new test date for October 10, 2024, at 2:00pm, Los Angles, California time. I should have a credit, so why would I need to pay again?

Do the training materials on the HUD website have an audio file for the content so that it is accessible? I have not been able to find one within the modules. If not, shouldn't HUD, as a government agency who preaches anti-discrimination in housing, be leading the way in accessibility to help diverse learners participate in these programs? RE: HUD housing counseling certification study materials.

Why does it still show that have an exam ready to launch, I took and passed the HECM exam last year 9/8/23. I was just checking as I will need to add CE credits for next year (2025) and plan to update on the system.

Hello, I did successfully create an account using my laptop but I cannot access it anymore. When I tried to log in on my phone, I got a message that said to contact support. Now I can't log in using my laptop either. Please help.
