Hello, I just passed my HUD exam. Where on the site can I go to get the study guides for the HECM exam?

Locked out of account. I was able to reset password on my phone, but it did not accept the password on my work computer. Also, is there any direction or detail about how to connect the 2-step authentication to the site? I've reviewed the links to the Google & MS authentication pages, but I'm not sure where/how or connect them to this stie. Thank you, Kevin

Hello I am having trouble resetting my password I get a link and click on it and it keeps saying contact support

I have tried to log in to my account and it keeps saying contact us to reset your access. I have tried to reset my password and follow the steps the email you have sent me. Still wont let me access my account.
