Can I get a number to contact a live Representative to assist me with Registering for the Housing Counselor exam? I had submitted a question, and it was not fully answered and the log in will NOT take my Authenticator app code. My IT dept has helped me up to this point and I need further assistance to get signed up for a Proctored exam ASAP. This has been very frustrating and there must be a simple explanation as I have reset passwords and closed out of Authenticator and reopened then entered the passcode given and it will NOT take the code.

Our Housing Counsel Agencies Notice form that we must give to our customers with their preliminary documents is showing that your site has not been updated since June 25th. In the past the zip code most used 30458 updates every week. I have 2 other zip codes as well and they are indicating the update was last June 25th as well, 31021 and 31328. Please let me know if this June 25th is correct or we have as issue on our Bank side.
