First account is under Jungbaelly@gmail.com and two athhentication is not working. second account is under tbaellt@gmail.com It worked and I took the test and checked test score. I failed the test and need to apply again, but I cannot log in to my account. Please help.

Can I get a number to contact a live Representative to assist me with Registering for the Housing Counselor exam? I had submitted a question, and it was not fully answered and the log in will NOT take my Authenticator app code. My IT dept has helped me up to this point and I need further assistance to get signed up for a Proctored exam ASAP. This has been very frustrating and there must be a simple explanation as I have reset passwords and closed out of Authenticator and reopened then entered the passcode given and it will NOT take the code.

Our Housing Counsel Agencies Notice form that we must give to our customers with their preliminary documents is showing that your site has not been updated since June 25th. In the past the zip code most used 30458 updates every week. I have 2 other zip codes as well and they are indicating the update was last June 25th as well, 31021 and 31328. Please let me know if this June 25th is correct or we have as issue on our Bank side.

Caller set up an account for a Housing Counselor. Caller is trying to become a housing Counselor and she is getting an error that states she needs to set up two multi factor authentication. Caller has not taken the exam but is needing help with this. Caller states that there is no sound on the modules.

Hi, my name is Josiana Bellado and I'm just calling on the behalf of not being able to get into my HUD housing counselor account. I'm on the process of getting my certification so I just need access to my login. I'm able to put my username which is my work e-mail, but I need to put in my passcode and it's not helping me create an option to create one which I was unable to do so prior.
