I'm unable to login to my account. I've tried resetting my password and nothing seems to work. I will need to reschedule my HUD Exam because I'm unable to test the required computer software and hardware.

I am still unable to access my account, I have been using my Google Authenticator and it will not Authenticator allow me to sign in.

I tried to log in for my exam and I cannot and it will not let me reset my password. I missed my exam this morning. It says contact administrator. I need help please reset my account so I can log in.

I am locked out of my account and I had my exam scheduled for today at 10:30am. I tried logging in and got a contact support to reset account pop-up. I tried using a different password and got a different message, so I know that I'm using the correct password. I've sent a support ticket to Kryterion as well. I'm really bummed, I studied so hard and now I'm afraid I'll be seen as a no-show when I genuinely tried my best to do this the right way. Can I please have instructions on how to reschedule and not run into this issue again. Thank you.

I was never able to create a password for my account; therefore, I cannot get into it.

I am not able to log into my exam. It starts at 9:00am. It says contact support to reset. I have tried to reset my password via website and it does not allow me to do so.

I was scheduled to take the exam and when i went to log in i was unable to. I even had my supervisor come in and look at it, well when i canceled it they rescheduled the exam after i left for the day and it was rescheduled for the following monday and i was in a training and didnt get the email until the following friday when i got back from the training that i am required to do. the question is can i get a refund for this?
