Hello - i am currently locked out of my account

Every time I try to register for the HUD counseling test, it says I need to contact support.

I can't access my profile because it says I have to reset my password but it won't let me reset it.

I have signed up twice to test and both time the system would not allow me to start the test. Both times I got on with the tech support and they referred me to HUD where I get a voicemail.
