I have tried multiple time to input the Two Authentification step. I am denied access at login. I have downloaded the Authentification app. App is instructing me to scan QR code. I am not able to log in to my account. This is my third attempt to get my account reset. I've sent in 2 request for a reset. I receive the email from tech support stating to set up two factor authentication upon log in, but when I attempt to log in and complete the two factor authentication, I am denied access and the screen says, "Contact support to reset your access". Please support. I am not sure if I am missing a step.
